Job summary

The Senior Art Director – Dublin (CELSIUS) will lead creative across international markets, translating global concepts into locally compliant visuals while preserving Celsius brand integrity.

You'll manage a Graphic Designer, collaborate with Global Marketing and US Brand Studio, and steer projects from concept through production under tight timelines, ensuring high quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of art direction or visual design experience.
• Experience developing for international or multi-market audiences.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading teams.
• Strong brand systems knowledge and production design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS tools; Figma a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand stewardship across CELSIUS internationally.
• Develop localization and execution of creative for markets.
• Adapt US/global concepts for local relevance while preserving brand.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, regional teams and US Brand Studio.
• Oversee packaging, campaigns, digital, social, POS, and experiential work.
• Mentor a Graphic Designer and provide hands-on art direction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and local language requirements.
