Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Design Manager for a client-side role within a major Data Center program in Ireland. You will lead design coordination, contract management, and QA across domestic and international projects, always ensuring alignment with the client’s standards from concept to delivery.

With over 10 years in mission-critical facilities and a strong data centre background, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage design trackers and reports, and drive value through constructability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in mission‑critical facility projects, with strong data centre focus.
• Proven track record in managing complex design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design packages and manage design and construction contracts.
• Lead design oversight for domestic and international projects and perform constructability reviews.
• Support contract negotiations with the client’s legal counsel and manage design amendments.
• QA/QC monitoring and ensuring compliance with client design standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors to align project goals.
