Job summary

Google LLC in Ireland is seeking a strategic leader for the Head of Security Portfolio Strategy and Field Integration within Google Cloud Security. You will bridge Product, Engineering and Field teams to shape security strategy and customer engagements for enterprise adoption.

You will collaborate with global leaders, drive field efficacy, and translate customer insights into product planning while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity technical sales, solution architecture, product management, or customer success leadership.
• 6 years of experience managing sales, channel, or customer solutions teams across EMEA, Americas, or JAPAC operating regions.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product Management leaders to inform product planning and release strategies based on field insights.
• Experience working with autonomous security operations, frontline operational workflows, and end-to-end security use-cases.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time to collaborate with global teams, partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer needs as inputs for PM/Engineering; coordinate pilots to general availability.
• Align field deployments and GTM strategy for flagship transactions and MSSPs.
• Enable GTM teams by incorporating customer feedback into sales and channel enablement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Consulting.
• Develop a customer engagement strategy targeting high-impact meetings to drive growth.
