Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of incident response or emergency management experience.
• 2 years as a technical security professional, with digital forensics or systems administration.
• Experience with executive or customer stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with a data-driven approach towards solving information security issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of security and privacy incidents, analyzing data to assess risk and impact and communicating with key stakeholders.
• Play a key role in responding to large-scale incidents, including writing comprehensive reports and contributing to post-incident analysis.
• Drive improvements in incident management processes, leveraging tools and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Google, including Legal, Engineering, and Communications teams.
