Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Transaction Specialist in Ireland to join our global logistics team. You will act as the liaison between third-party customers and Viatris logistics, creating SAP deliveries and governing order management processes.

The role requires proven supply chain experience, SAP/ERP familiarity, and strong Excel skills, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and owning initiatives. An APICS certification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven relevant supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts.
• SAP or similar ERP system experience required.
• APICS training certification would be a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley within the Supply Chain would be a distinct advantage.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact between Third Party Customers and Viatris Global Logistics to facilitate collections and dispatch.
• Create outbound deliveries (OBD) and transport orders (TO) in SAP to support dispatch.
• Support the distribution of customer-facing documents including packing lists, certificates of analysis and invoices.
• Support the creation and governance of Third Party Order Management reports.
• Responsible for understanding all product flows.
• Provide support to Regional Operational Specialist with creation of sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) in SAP.
• Responsible to support with SO updates if required.
• Proactively mitigate potential breaks in processes.
• Carry out resolution of blocks in a timely manner per standard processes and escalation procedures.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Accountable for all process documentation relating to all related tasks.
• Actively challenge existing processes to standardise, streamline and remove waste.
