Job summary

Viatris in Ireland is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage distribution operations, SAP interfaces and 3PL engagement. You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate with internal teams and third parties, and drive data-based improvements using Power BI and Excel.

The role requires experience in WMS/TMS/EDI, SAP (S/4HANA/EWM/TM) and a KPI-focused mindset to ensure compliant, efficient logistics. This position supports a fast-paced, global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field is beneficial.
Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel and data visualization is strongly preferred.
Experience with WMS, TMS, EDI, IDoc monitoring or logistics control towers is beneficial.
Knowledge of GDP, regulated pharmaceutical supply chains and serialization is beneficial.
Exposure to SAP modules such as S/4HANA, EWM, TM is desirable.
Lean, Six Sigma or structured problem-solving experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for logistics operations, SAP and 3PL escalations.
Monitor SAP/WMS/TMS/EDI flows, IDoc failures and master data issues.
Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Support SAP inventory accuracy with stock reconciliation and batch checks.
Use Power BI and Excel to identify trends and improvements.
Lead or support root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Ensure GDP/compliant distribution, SOP adherence and quality escalation.
