Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a permanent Director, Global S&OP Capability Owner to design, manage, and advance cross-pillar capabilities within the Global Supply Chain. The role collaborates with pillar leadership, IT, finance, and other GCOs to deliver best-in-class S&OP maturity and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in S&OP and end-to-end planning.
• Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management preferred (e.g., CSCP/CPIM).
• Experience leading transformational programs in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs, manages and improves cross-pillar capabilities for GSC.
• Leads end-to-end process standardization and transformation.
• Defines roadmaps, KPIs, and change management for adoption.
• Collaborates with stakeholders including IT, finance and pillar leadership.
• Utilizes digital tools to drive data accuracy and innovation.
