Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Execution Planner to lead supply planning for external manufacturing and internal sites. You will align demand with supply, manage inventories, and collaborate with global teams to ensure product availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory considerations in pharma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Rapid Response) and data analysis tools preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and up-to-date POs for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.
• Engage with global and local supply chain teams and stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply and identify risks.
• Use ERP systems (SAP, etc.) to manage demand propagation and ensure MRP runs effectively.
• Monitor demand changes and adjust production plans with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve supply constraints with relevant teams.
• Track KPIs like backorders and PO accuracy; contribute to stock reviews.
• Participate in supply chain improvement projects and new product introductions.
• Leverage Excel, Tableau/Power BI and APS to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with tools like SAP, Kinaxis, forecasting systems; drive process improvements.
