You will apply machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize pricing, loyalty and investment levels, balancing short-term growth with long-term profitability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical rigor to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong background in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth Equity.
• Experience defining 1–3 year growth strategies in global, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and communicating with engineers/data scientists.
• Proven leadership in multicultural, high‑pressure teams.

Responsibilities

• P&L stewardship: manage marketing investment to meet targets.
• Strategic growth: define and execute global growth roadmap.
• Investment orchestration: coordinate spend across digital channels.
• LTV & unit economics: refine Lifetime Value metrics with data science.
• Forecasting & modeling: lead forecasts for market shifts.
• Cross-functional leadership: align Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance, Supply.
• Team development: mentor analysts and drive experimentation.
