Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics & business role.
• Proven experience leading teams or key projects.
• Engineering, Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background.
• Data-driven person who translates numbers into strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines.
• Advanced English; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.

Responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance across business units.
• Own decisions made by the growth team in your line of business.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and high-impact projects.
• Collaborate across markets and teams in a large international setting (up to 40 countries).
• Report directly to the global growth direction.
