ZAGG International is seeking a Product Support & Operations Manager to drive service operations, diagnostics, and replacement processes across our Shannon-based product portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will oversee cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, partners, and field representatives to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/operations/PM/engineering is essential.
• Experience leading process improvement projects or supporting new system rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with dashboards and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Machine Diagnostics & Replacement Operations: escalate field cases, manage replacements, and improve store collection processes.
• Process Improvement & Rollout Management: lead workflow improvements, coordinate software/service rollouts, and align with manufacturing partners.
• Service Operations: manage customer tickets via Intercom and Zendesk, generate KPI-focused reporting, monitor dashboards for gaps.
• Training & E-Learning: create and manage content for product launches and field training.
