Volta is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel to join our global procurement team. You will draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts, NDAs and MSAs, and help build templates and playbooks to standardize our agreements across EMEA and AMER.

You will report to the VP, Vendor Procurement and collaborate with Regional Directors and Category Managers to take agreements from first draft to signature. This role offers a competitive package and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or contracts qualification or equivalent experience in commercial contracts.
• 4+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in procurement or infra.
• Hands-on with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements and supply contracts; knowledge of NEC/JCT/FIDIC/AIA.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs with suppliers and contractors.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, framework agreements and order forms.
• Support regional framework agreements, pricing, SLAs and terms.
• Assist with construction contracts and project agreements (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA).
• Review markups, prepare issue lists and manage negotiations.
• Escalate non-standard positions to Legal/external counsel with summaries.
• Oversee contract execution, approvals, routing and version control.
• Maintain contract repository, key dates, renewals and obligations.
• Collaborate with Global operations on technology strategy.
• Develop templates, clause library and playbooks for procurement.
