Job summary

Eudia Counsel is seeking an experienced Commercial & Procurement Contracts Consultant to join the Global Procurement Legal team of a leading global SaaS company on a secondment basis. The engagement is fully remote, 5 days per week (30–40 hours), starting ASAP and running until at least end of January with high extension likelihood.

You will support the client’s procurement team across EMEA and the US, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements and data/privacy terms, while

Qualifications

8+ years of commercial contracting experience.
Strong experience reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements.
Procurement or vendor-side contracting background.
Experience in fast-paced technology companies.
Ability to advise on data protection, security, and AI terms.
Excellent communication and business-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to procurement teams across EMEA and US.
Review, draft, and negotiate procurement agreements.
Negotiate data processing agreements and security terms.
Negotiate AI-related contract terms.
Advise on liability, indemnities, confidentiality, IP, SLAs.
Develop negotiation positions and fallback language.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals.
Manage multiple contract reviews and priorities.
