Job summary

Pardgroup seeks a Global Chief Operating Officer to align and scale its operating model across 10 markets from Dublin. You will oversee Procurement, Logistics and Technical functions, driving efficiency, cost optimisation and robust governance while reporting to the Group CEO.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior operations, strong leadership, cross-border experience and travel willingness to manage international teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in senior operations or COO-type roles, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience managing Procurement and Logistics across multiple countries.
• Experience building and scaling operating models across markets and regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence at senior levels.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global operating strategy across markets.
• Lead global Procurement, Logistics and Technical functions for cost optimisation and efficiency.
• Develop supplier strategies, negotiate global agreements, and manage supply chain performance.
• Ensure technology, systems and infrastructure support scalable operations.
• Align operations with local objectives, standardise processes and governance.
• Lead and develop global operations teams with clear objectives and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and forecasts; report to Group CEO and Board.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, health & safety and data protection.
