Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Head of Procurement to build a global function from the ground up.

You will own procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and strategic negotiations across a connectivity business serving 200+ destinations, directly shaping profitability and resilience. This fully remote leadership role requires defining governance and scalable processes, and partnering with finance, product, and operations.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years leading procurement
• Experience building procurement functions
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Financial analysis of complex commercial agreements

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy from the ground up across 200+ destinations.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners.
• Establish procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize supplier spend for cost savings while maintaining service quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and scalable vendor management workflows.
• Partner with finance, product, operations, and other senior stakeholders to align procurement with growth goals.
• Develop processes to support international expansion and growing supplier ecosystem.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and opportunities with sound financial analysis.
• Position procurement as a strategic function contributing to profitability and growth.
