Job summary
Neilson Financial Services in Dublin is seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage Google Search, Performance Max and Microsoft Ads campaigns across UK and IE markets. You will analyze data, optimise CTR and conversions, write compelling ad copy, test bidding strategies, and collaborate with BI, UX, and analytics teams to align landing pages and tracking.
The role is on-site in Dublin with a dynamic, growth-focused team in a global financial services group.
Qualifications
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience in high-volume B2C or agency settings.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and keyword research skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, track, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple GEOs.
- Analyze performance to identify opportunities to grow lead volume.
- Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and relevance.
- Manage ad copy changes through the Compliance sign-off process.
- Test smart bidding strategies (Target CPA/ROAS) to meet goals.
- Oversee campaign execution with attention to detail.
- Coordinate landing page alignment with marketing team.
- Ensure high-quality data/BI through accurate trafficking.
- Track KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and report findings.
- Present performance updates to management with dashboards.
