Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Ads; Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Strong keyword research and campaign analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platform.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, PMAx and Microsoft Ads.
• Analyse performance to grow lead volume and improve CTR/quality score.
• Write and test ad copy; ensure compliance sign-off for changes.
• Collaborate with BI/UX to optimise landing pages and tracking.
• Report on CTR, CPC, CVR and other KPIs with dashboards.
