Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Ireland, seeks an IT Regular (SEO) to drive organic visibility and paid search performance. You will own key SEO activities, keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, analytics, and link building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO with strong understanding of ranking factors.
• SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Strong performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (GA, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience using bid management and PPC optimization tools (Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and impact on SEO.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate into optimization.
• Analytical, test-driven, detail-oriented, capable of remote work.
• BS/MS in quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEO and SEM activities including content strategy, keyword research, technical optimization, link building, and paid search campaigns.
• Plan and optimize PPC campaigns across major search advertising platforms to maximize ROI.
• Analyze website analytics, paid search performance, campaign results, and market trends to identify actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs, monitor spending and address discrepancies.
• Optimize website copy, landing pages, content, site architecture, internal linking, and other SEO factors to improve rankings.
• Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and refinement based on search performance and business priorities.
• Research competitors, including their advertising strategies and search positioning, to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies that strengthen organic visibility and authority.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve search performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition outcomes.
• Work with development teams to ensure newly developed code and website functionality follow SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to incorporate SEO principles into content creation and programming.
• Stay current with changes to search engine algorithms, ranking factors, SEO trends, SEM practices, and performance marketing techniques.
