Job summary

Evolution Digital, located in Blackrock, Dublin, is seeking an experienced PPC/Google Ads Executive. In this role, you will devise targeted strategies, implement, manage, and analyze campaigns for clients who spend significantly on PPC.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years' agency experience with Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop effective advertising strategies. A Marketing degree, coupled with Google AdWords certification, is required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Google Ads and PPC experience at an agency level.
• Experienced with Google tag manager and Google analytics (GA4 experience a major plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Evolution Digital are looking for a Paid Search (PPC)/ Google Ads Executive who will analyse our clients PPC & Digital Marketing activities and the markets in which they operate.

You will devise and deliver unique strategies for our clients and have a deep understanding of all areas of Google Ads and Paid Advertising(Facebook,LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.) You will be strategising, implementing, managing and analysing PPC campaigns, managing your own clients that spend from €1000 – €50,000 monthly on their Pay per Click.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, developing and implementing effective paid search strategies.
• Analyse data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for our clients.
• Developing campaigns, copywriting, testing landing pages and writing PPC development plans.
• Collaborating with designers to produce creative for campaigns.
• Establishing targets and KPIs for clients and managing budgets.
• Adjusting bids to optimise return on investment.
• Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse in detail conversions or lack thereof through analytics and give feedback to the Digital Marketing team in Evolution Digital and client.
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts.
• Implementing tracking through tag manager and Google analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years Google Ads and PPC experience at an agency level.
• Experienced with Google tag manager and Google analytics (GA4 experience a major plus).
• Marketing degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.*
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**
• Ability to craft effective PPC strategies for clients.
• Ability to operate self-sufficiently and also collaborate as part of a tight-knit team.*
• Excellent “people” and writing skills.
• Experience optimising e-commerce and or conversion focused PPC campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and high attention to detail.
