Neilson Financial Services Ltd through ThinkBait seeks a PPC Specialist to manage Google Search and Performance Max campaigns across UK/IE and beyond. You will monitor performance, adjust bids, and collaborate with BI, UX and analytics teams to optimise lead generation.

The role requires hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with remote/hybrid flexibility. A competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

3+ years PPC experience in a high-volume B2C or agency environment.
Experience in financial services is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create, track, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple GEOs (UK/IE and beyond).
Analyse performance to identify opportunities to grow lead volume.
Write and test ad copy; secure Compliance sign-off for changes.
Test smart bidding strategies to support business goals.
Coordinate landing pages with the wider marketing team and ensure data quality.
