Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy, Planning & Execution: Identify growth opportunities across regions and portfolios using data and metrics.
• Develop integrated global and regional commercial plans aligned to revenue targets.
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives with milestones, ownership, and KPIs.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking against growth plans.
