Job summary

Vitalograph in Ireland is seeking a Global Portfolio Manager to drive revenue growth across key markets. You will translate market insights into actionable regional and global plans and work with regional sales, direct and indirect channels to execute growth initiatives.

Lead forecasting, pricing, and market access strategies while aligning product roadmaps with commercial goals and lifecycle management. Collaboration with product, marketing, and regional teams is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, biotech, or healthcare.
3+ years in downstream marketing, product management, or portfolio management supervising multiple products.
Proven track record of launching medical technologies in regulated environments (FDA, CE-MDR).

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across regions, segments, and product portfolios.
Develop integrated global and regional commercial plans aligned to revenue targets.
Translate strategy into executable initiatives with milestones, ownership and KPIs.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking against growth plans.
Collaborate with regional sales, distributors, and product management for launches and lifecycle management.
Monitor market access considerations and reimbursement environments to inform strategy.
