Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to lead global PMO initiatives from Ireland with approximately 25% travel. You will own the full project lifecycle and drive KPIs while coordinating across functions.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PM experience in regulated medical device environments, strong leadership, and mentoring capabilities, with proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years in PM; or Master with 12+; or Doctoral with 9+ years in PM.
• Significant experience in medical device/diagnostics regulated environment.
• Proven leadership for large, complex programs and teams.
• PMO/portfolio management experience.
• Ability to mentor PMs and lead in a global matrix.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for major/minor projects.
• Establish and drive KPIs using Danaher tools and PMO standards.
• Demonstrate business understanding to align solutions with project goals.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior Project Managers globally.
