Cook Medical Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own a global MedSurg product line from ideation to obsolescence. The role involves developing the global strategy, leading cross-functional execution, and driving the product lifecycle in a hybrid role based in Ireland.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of product management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Advanced degrees may reduce experience requirements and sponsorship is not provided.

Responsabilités

• Manage global product line lifecycle from idea to obsolescence.
• Develop and communicate the global strategy for assigned product lines.
• Lead execution aligned with division, specialty and company goals.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Engineering, Operations and other groups.
• Manage pricing, margins and cost improvement opportunities.
• Ensure availability and efficiency of product lines within the TPLC.
• Develop the product pipeline and drive launches, recalls, and backorders as needed.
• Meet deadlines for business planning and product forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Cook policies and applicable standards.
