Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director, PMO to lead Supplier Intelligence program governance, planning, and execution across global teams. You will coordinate product strategy, engineering, data, and client delivery while maintaining clear ownership and executive visibility.

The role requires strong facilitation, risk management, and the ability to drive decisions in a complex, multi-region environment, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-ready delivery.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Governance, integrated planning, dependency management, risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program visibility with plans, milestones, roadmaps and executive updates.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, design, data, sales, marketing and operations.
• Facilitate Steering and Operating Committees, governance, and planning forums; prepare decisions and actions.
• Synthesize inputs into clear program-level issues, risks, and decisions; support escalation and closure.
