Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director-level PMO to lead the Supplier Intelligence program. The role coordinates global product strategy, data, and supplier enablement initiatives, driving governance, milestones and executive reporting across regions and functions.

You will facilitate committees, align stakeholders, and synthesize complex inputs into actionable program-level insights, guiding decisions and outcomes at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Governance, integrated planning, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Ability to drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program visibility with integrated plans, milestones, roadmaps and executive updates.
• Coordinate Product strategy, data, supplier enablement and client delivery across regions.
• Facilitate committees and governance forums; document decisions and track actions.
• Lead retrospectives and capture lessons to improve future programs.
• Synthesize inputs into concise program themes, risks and decisions.
