Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director-level Program Manager to lead the Supplier Intelligence PMO, coordinating cross-functional teams across product, data, and operations. Role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to align diverse priorities toward common outcomes while maintaining neutrality and clear accountability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, PMO, product operations, or related leadership roles driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • PMO and program leadership expertise as the primary qualification, including governance, integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, executive reporting, facilitation, and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-region initiatives spanning product, technology, data, sales, marketing, commercialization, implementation, operations, support, control functions, clients, and external vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain program visibility through integrated plans, milestones, roadmaps, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions, outcomes, and executive updates.
  • Orchestrate the program across product strategy, customer experience, platform development, data and analytics, supplier matching and decisioning, connectivity, enablement, actioning, commercialization, client delivery, pilots, operations, support, and regional readiness.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, Information Security, regional teams, clients, vendors, and other partners.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee, Operating Committee, program-wide planning, governance, launch-readiness, status, and executive review forums; prepare materials, document decisions, and ensure actions have owners and closure paths.
  • Coordinate evolution of Supplier Intelligence toward modular capabilities within Mastercard, client, and vendor experiences.
  • Coordinate client, partner, and vendor engagements, including capability assessments, integration planning, delivery commitments, roadmap dependencies, operating-model decisions, and follow-through.
  • Apply fit-for-purpose delivery approaches across predictive, iterative, and hybrid environments; switch between Agile and waterfall as needed.
  • Use modern PM tools for integrated planning, RAID, decisions, actions, status, and portfolio-level reporting.
  • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, outcomes, budget, and roadmap impacts for leadership visibility.
  • Lead retrospectives and lessons-learned; ensure improvements are incorporated into future plans.
