Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director-level PMO to lead the Supplier Intelligence initiative. You will coordinate governance, strategy, and delivery across product, engineering, data, sales, and client delivery, ensuring alignment and timely execution across regions.

The role emphasizes neutral, fact-based decision-making, escalation of risks, and leadership of cross-functional teams to achieve clear outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, PMO, product operations, or related leadership roles driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• PMO and program leadership expertise covering governance, integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, executive reporting, facilitation, and follow-through.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-region initiatives spanning product, technology, data, sales, marketing, implementation, operations, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program visibility with integrated plans, milestones, roadmaps, status reports, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate across product strategy, engineering, data, analytics, and operations for the program.
• Facilitate Steering Committees, Operating Committees, and executive reviews; ensure clear ownership and closure paths.
• Synthesize inputs into concise program-level issues, risks, trades, and decisions for leadership.
• Lead retrospectives and capture lessons learned to improve future plans.
• Coordinate pilots and market launches with localization and compliance considerations.
