Job summary

Mastercard invites a Director-level Program Manager to lead the Supplier Intelligence PMO, driving governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment. You will orchestrate product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading PMO or program management offices.
• Governance, integrated planning, risk & issue mgmt, exec reporting.
• Lead multi-region, cross-functional initiatives across product, tech, and commercial teams.
• Facilitate cross-team decision forums, ensure accountability and closure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program visibility with integrated plans, milestones, and exec updates.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, data, sales, and operations.
• Lead Steering and Operating Committee meetings and document decisions.
• Synthesize inputs into clear program-level themes and risks.
