Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director-level PMO to lead Supplier Intelligence programs across global teams. You will drive governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting, coordinating product strategy, engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

The role requires strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives with disciplined execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proven governance, planning, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive program visibility with integrated plans, milestones and executive updates.
• Coordinate across product strategy, engineering, data, operations, and client delivery.
• Lead Steering and Operating Committee meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Synthesize inputs into clear program-level issues, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure timely decision-making.
