Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to join Infrastructure Design Services. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and user teams to translate needs into robust internet infrastructure designs and technical documents.

You’ll ensure alignment on requirements and maintain up-to-date architecture artifacts as solutions evolve. You will actively participate in designing and delivering internet infrastructure that meets security, scalability and availability standards,

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of network and operating system principles.
• Thorough knowledge in internet infrastructure design and/or web administration.

Responsibilities

• Generate requirements and ensure high level requirements are met by architects, engineers and users.
• Create architectural documents and models to keep stakeholders aligned as the application/system evolves.
• Maintain currency of architectural products and ensure they remain relevant.
• Resolve internet architectural and operational problems impacting infrastructure and product availability and performance globally.
• Lead regional projects, including planning, time and cost control, and resource utilization.
