Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Senior Finance Analyst, Orthopaedics Inventory Management, to optimize Inventory and drive profitability for the WW Supply Chain. This role is based in Cork, Ireland, with collaboration across global teams and multiple country postings.

You will influence senior leaders through robust analytics and strategic forecasting. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A, budgeting, and US GAAP knowledge, with expertise in SAP/JDE and Power BI, plus excellent

Qualifications

Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting and US GAAP Financial Procedures is required
Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time with data analytics
Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results
Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx
Effective communication skills including presentation skills
Good knowledge of SAP and JDE

Responsibilities

Contribute to cost and cash flow optimization in Inventory Management
Partner with regional/global collaborators to establish analytics and governance for Inventory Management
Enhance processes to drive insightful discussions with business leaders
Lead end-to-end monthly/quarterly close for Excess & Obsolete, including analytics and leadership presentation
Own measurement of outcomes and health of P&L in area of responsibility
Foster relationships with Supply Chain and Commercial Finance for timely finance deliverables
Develop forecasting scenarios and ad hoc analytics to anticipate impacts
