Ryanair is recruiting a Payroll Specialist based at our Dublin Head Office to manage payroll across 20 markets and over 28,000 staff. This role offers a fast-paced environment within Europe’s largest airline group.

You will process end-to-end payroll, support HR and payroll system integrations, and contribute to projects while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and adherence to controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working in payroll.
• IPass qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and Employee Central Payroll is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payrolls for multiple EMEA countries.
• Support HR and payroll system integrations; resolve discrepancies.
• Update payroll for salary changes and new starters (tax, bank data).
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and ad-hoc reports.
• Test system updates and payroll project work.
