Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator to join Europe''s largest airline group. You will work in a busy team handling all aspects of the accounts payable process and report to the Team Lead and Accounts Payable Manager.

Duties include processing invoices by post and email, supporting account representatives, ensuring invoices circulate efficiently, complying with policies, and handling SAP and Workflow/Airpas entries, with ad-hoc admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer all incoming invoices by post and email.
• Support accounts payable account representatives.
• Ensure efficient circulation of invoices within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Process high volume invoices in SAP.
• Validate high volume invoices in Workflow and Airpas finance system.
• Perform related ad-hoc admin duties as required.
