Job summary

Ryanair, Europe’s Favourite Airline, is hiring a Payroll Specialist based at our Dublin Head Office to manage payroll across 20 markets and 28,000 staff. You will handle end-to-end payroll for multiple EMEA countries, assist with system integrations, and support expansion projects.

A IPass qualification and SAP/EC Payroll experience are advantageous; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• IPass qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and Employee Central Payroll is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process the start to finish payrolls for multiple EMEA countries.
• Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems including resolving discrepancies.
• Update payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the Company; Check the input of information relating to new starters (tax, bank information).
• Preparation of monthly payroll related journals.
• Assist in expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Test new setup, system enhancements, updates and integrations affecting Global Payroll.
• Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments/deductions.
• Prepare and bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll.
• Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing.
• Preparation of 3rd party payments.
• Participate in different payroll projects and other opportunities as assigned.

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.
The successful candidate will be based at our Dublin Head Office where we manage payroll across 20 markets and over 28,000 staff. This is an exciting role for a self-starter, keen to progress their careers in a world leading company.

• Minimum 2 years experience working in payroll
• Hold an IPass qualification or equivalent
• Candidates who hold experience with SAP and Employee Central Payroll will be at a distinct advantage.
