Job summary

TransferMate Global Payments is seeking a high-impact Head of Global Payroll & EOR Payments Sales. You will own revenue, shape go-to-market strategy, and lead a commercial team to win at a global scale. Report to the President and CCO, steering partnerships, pricing, and strategic deals across regions.

You will recruit and develop a top-tier sales organization, collaborate with Product and Treasury, and drive cross-border payroll solutions through TransferMate’s licensed network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in payments, fintech, FX, treasury or enterprise sales.
• 3–5 years leading and scaling sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of the global payroll and EOR ecosystem.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (new business & growth).
• Strong experience negotiating complex enterprise & partner agreements.
• Established network across payroll, EOR, PEO and HR tech providers.
• Understanding of cross-border payment infrastructure and regulatory landscape.
• Strategic thinker who can turn vision into action and execute.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue target for Payroll & EOR vertical and drive growth.
• Lead deals with strategic customers and partnerships and manage pricing & contracts.
• Build and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Onboarding and Treasury for seamless delivery.
• Define GTM strategy for salary, tax and statutory payments globally.
