Coyle Consulting is recruiting a Payroll Analyst for a temporary contract with a leading American social media company. You will manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, coordinating with external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves developing payroll calendars, executing statutory obligations, and serving as the main contact for inquiries while collaborating with global teams to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Experience with global payroll platforms and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of tax, reporting regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end payroll processing for assigned countries with external providers.
• Develop and maintain payroll calendars, checklists and SOPs.
• Deliver monthly and annual statutory obligations and filings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with timely updates for stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional payroll projects with US teams and others.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on international payroll laws and best practices.
