Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to drive end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international entities. You will resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with audits and SLAs while collaborating with Workday, ADP Celergo, and HR systems.

As a key part of Total Rewards, you will handle complex payroll scenarios, off-cycle runs, and new country implementations, delivering accurate payroll with strong controls and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience in multi-country or international payroll environments.
• Hands-on with Workday and ServiceNow.
• ADP Celergo experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries using ADP Celergo.
• Review payroll inputs and perform payroll audits (gross-to-net, variances, retroactivity).
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and special payments per SLAs and controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, discrepancies, and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Support payroll system updates and new country implementations.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce manual effort.
