Qualifications

• Experience in OT/IT infrastructure support within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and virtualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance, data integrity, change control, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain OT infrastructure across manufacturing environments.
• Ensure availability and performance of critical manufacturing systems.
• Provide technical support for OT servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and problem management activities.
• Administer Windows and Linux OT platforms, patching, hardening, and backups.
• Lead OT infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation.
