Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to shape and oversee the OT cybersecurity strategy across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites in Ireland and worldwide.

You will drive standardization, evaluate technologies, support compliance, and partner with manufacturing, IT, and engineering teams to strengthen resilience of critical OT networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and ICS.
• Experience implementing global standards across sites.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities.
• Excellent global stakeholder communication.
• Proven cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, IT, and site leadership.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity tech.
• Provide guidance to sites worldwide on standards.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and remediation.
• Monitor industry threats and update standards.
• Support governance, compliance, and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of security posture.
