Protex AI Limited in Ireland is seeking a proactive graduate to join our global startup. You will support People, Operations, Finance, and Legal, helping to build scalable processes across multiple geographies.

You will use AI tools daily to draft documents, research suppliers, and automate routine tasks, while coordinating onboarding, finance tasks, and office needs. This role offers a hybrid work model, exposure to a fast-growing tech company, and the opportunity to grow across disciplines

Qualifications

Degree-educated (any discipline) with strong academic record.
Genuinely enthusiastic about working at a startup with curiosity every day.
Comfortable with technology and actively uses AI tools in everyday work.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
A natural multi-tasker who can switch between priorities at pace.
Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.
Proactive and self-motivated—identifies what needs doing.
Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding coordination across multiple regions.
Help maintain accurate employee records, org charts, and HR documentation as the company scales.
Assist with scheduling and logistics for interviews, performance reviews, and team events globally.
Support cross-functional projects and use AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
Provide diary management for Co-Founders and assist with special projects.
