Qualifications

• Experience in operations management across asset, media, vendor, ticket, and field service operations.
• Expertise in process and tool innovation to boost efficiency.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate with global peers and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of AI and automation to innovate cost, risk, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional leads and vendor support to ensure global consistency in engagement, support, platforms, and controls.
• Manage and maintain SLAs for collaboration spaces.
• Partner with product teams for early engagement of new products and enhancements.
• Incorporate supportability requirements into all product offerings.
• Manage global financials, including day-to-day expenses and forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance partners to secure budgets for organizational objectives.
