Job summary

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Tax Degree preferred).
• Full English Proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility operations.
• 3+ years of expatriate tax experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong team player and able to collaborate virtually.
• Ability to self-manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create the KPMG LinkE record and associated setup.
• Prepare end-to-end mobility assignment due diligence for each associate.
• Consult with Mobility Consulting on assignment setup in line with business strategy.
• Produce mobility cost projections with tax implications embedded in cost planning.
• Provide comparative analysis between mobility packages as required.
• Liaise with the business for approval on costing and assignment progression.
• Support the annual Cost Projection Refresh process.
• Coordinate with payroll and Mobility Tax Accounting on tax impacts in payroll.
