Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility Technical to manage all technical aspects of global assignments. You will lead due diligence, cost projections, assignee illustrations, and LOU preparation to ensure compliance with Global Mobility policy.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external experts, prepare tax–aware cost analyses, and support annual cost projection refresh while liaising with payroll and Mobility Tax Accounting to reflect tax implications in payroll

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Tax preferred).
• Full English proficiency.
• 3+ years in Global Mobility operations.
• 3+ years in expatriate tax preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobility due diligence for assignments.
• Prepare and review cost projections and tax implications.
• Develop assignee illustrations and Letters of Understanding.
• Coordinate with Mobility Consulting and payroll teams.
• Support annual Cost Projection Refresh process.
• Ensure compliance with Global Mobility policy.
