Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Business Support & CPS Communications Specialist in Drogheda, Ireland, to blend local site communications with global materials preparation and leadership communications. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in internal communications and employee engagement with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to develop and execute communication plans and tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute the Drogheda site communications strategy aligning with CPS, TI&SC, and enterprise priorities.
Develop content that supports site priorities, leadership visibility, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
Coordinate site events, leadership meetings, town halls, and community activities.
Manage Drogheda Public & Community Affairs (PACS) activities incl. governance and budgeting.
Provide admin and operational support including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and SAP-related tasks.
Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, IT, Security, People & Culture to deliver site operations and employee experience.
