AXIS Capital is hiring a Global Markets Claims Performance Lead to design and deliver MI, reporting and insights across Global Markets Claims. The role focuses on transforming multi-source claims data into concise, decision-ready outputs for senior leadership.
You will drive governance, data quality, and KPI development while aligning with enterprise frameworks. A hybrid work model and London/Dublin locations provide collaboration across markets.

Lead the design and execution of Global Markets Claims MI & reporting aligned to enterprise standards and governance frameworksDevelop and prioritise reporting strategies that transform raw claims data into actionable intelligence for Global Markets Claims leadershipAlign Global Markets reporting outputs with enterprise MI frameworks, ensuring consistency while meeting market-specific needsSupport the Global Head of MI in delivering a unified global claims performance narrative
Translate complex London Market claims datasets into concise, decision-ready insights for senior Global Markets stakeholdersProvide forward-looking analysis including claims trends, thematic insights and emerging risk indicatorsDeliver performance commentary aligned to portfolio management, underwriting cycles and reserving insightsSupport senior leadership forums with Global Markets-specific insights and performance narratives
Own delivery of Global Markets claims reporting aligned to Lloyd’s Claims Management Principles and market data requirementsEnsure accurate, timely and controlled reporting across Lloyd’s and London Market platforms (including CRS, Insights Hub, ECF2, IMR, IRIS, DOCOsoft and related systems)Deliver regulatory and market reporting including:Lloyd’s data calls and performance returnsMarket benchmarking and peer analysisCompliance and audit-related reporting outputsPartner with Compliance and QA functions in London and across the Enterprise to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and audit readinessSupport remediation and continuous improvement of market-facing reporting outputs and data quality issues
Apply enterprise MI governance standards across Global Markets reportingEnsure KPI definitions, data consistency and version control align with global frameworksEstablish robust oversight of data quality, with clear ownership and escalation pathsWork closely with Data & Analytics to improve data mapping, structure and usability across Global Markets claims datasets
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks specific to Global Markets Claims performanceConduct deep-dive analysis into claims trends, large losses and portfolio segments to identify root causes and improvement opportunitiesIntegrate claims data with underwriting and portfolio metrics to support cycle management and strategic decision-makingDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness
Partner with Data & Analytics to enhance reporting capabilities, automation and visualizationLeverage Power BI and other tools to deliver intuitive, user-centric dashboards and insightsSupport ongoing data transformation initiatives impacting Global Markets claims reportingEnsure reporting solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned to enterprise architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial and Operations teamsAct as a key interface between Global Markets Claims and enterprise MI & InsightsDesign and deliver training and communication to improve stakeholder understanding and use of MI outputsSupport Claims Shared Services initiatives to enhance service delivery and reporting maturity
