Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in Product Management or a role with similar responsibility.
• Insurance industry experience and/or claims experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

This is a key strategic role responsible for shaping and enhancing our claims solutions, ensuring we continue to deliver an efficient, transparent and member-centric claims experience. The successful candidate will work across teams to drive innovation, lead change initiatives and deliver solutions that improve outcomes for our members, providers and business.

About the Role

As Claims Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the claims product strategy, managing the product lifecycle and leading the delivery of enhancements that support business objectives and improve the customer experience. The role requires strong collaboration skills, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering value through innovative solutions.
