Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' finance leadership experience with responsibility for strategy and team management.
• Strong knowledge of Irish, UK and European financial regulations and governance.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting across all units and European entities.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management accounts and performance analysis to support the Board.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and treasury activities; maintain relationships with lenders.
• Oversee tax compliance, intercompany transactions and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Drive cost control, process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
