Job summary

JFC Group in Ireland is seeking a Finance Lead to head the finance function across the group and European entities. You will drive financial strategy, reporting, controls and cash management in a manufacturing context.

You will partner with senior leadership to enable profitability, efficiency, and growth, guiding investments, CAPEX and cost control while building strong governance and teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting across European entities.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and analysis for board oversight.
• Monitor performance against budgets and identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive cost control, margin improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Provide financial insight for investments, CAPEX, R&D and acquisitions.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships; manage payroll and compliance.
• Lead the finance team and develop cross-functional relationships across the organisation.
• Support tax compliance, statutory reporting and audits across jurisdictions.
