Hanley Energy is a global energy solutions provider seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support order fulfilment, coordinate transport, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and third-party logistics, with opportunities to travel to multiple Hanley Energy sites as required, while ensuring compliance with regulations and continuously improving processes.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain/logistics environments is advantageous but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local, national and international supply chain regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and handle order fulfilment or delivery issues with timely resolution.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order process with regular updates.
• Liaise with third-party logistics to resolve queries and provide updates.
• Manage administration tasks and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Ensure accurate data processing into company systems to maintain data integrity.
• Analyse supply chain data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain supplier relationships and determine optimal inventory levels to minimise lead times.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing the supply chain.
• Uphold SOPs for purchasing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Travel to multiple Hanley Energy sites when required.
